Kirsten Collins

Kirsten manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, working with the principals and the entire team across all disciplines, including architecture, interiors and marketing/communications. She develops, implements and reviews office operations, and also procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency. She also assists with the management of internal staff relations. Her passion for Interior Design has been very beneficial to the design team, as she assists with organization and maintenance of samples and resources.

Prior to joining Marshall Moya Design, Kirsten worked as an administrator for a large DC-based medical practice, where she was instrumental in managing all front desk operations. While there, she volunteered for the OHE Big Smiles Program, traveling to DC Public Schools to educate children on the importance of good dental habits and oral hygiene, which she continues to this day.

Kirsten earned a B.S. from Trinity University in Business Administration. While earning her degree, she worked as a Recruitment Team Leader, assisting the admissions department with marketing outreach and special events. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, fine dining and spending time with family and friends.
