Project Architect


Larry is a Project Architect at Marshall Moya Design. With over 30 years of architecture and design experience, his project portfolio includes a collection of commercial, residential, historic preservation, retail and mixed-use projects. Larry specializes in large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, and is proficient in all aspects of design, production and construction administration. In his role at MMD, he manages the design process, maintains quality control, secures bids and negotiates vendor contracts, oversees subcontractor work, reviews and approves submittals and payments, maintains and generates records and reports, and leads the successful completion of each project. Larry has practiced architecture in both Miami and Washington, D.C., and has worked for a variety of firms including Gensler, Perkins & Will, Harpole Architects, Taylor & Taylor Partnership, and even Michael Marshall Architecture over 10 years ago. He is a licensed architect in Washington, D.C. and an active member of the AIA Continental European Chapter, which allows him to travel to different European cities for annual meetings. In his free time, he enjoys art with a nice glass of wine.
