Tony Newman is a Project Manager at Marshall Moya Design.  In this role, he manages the firm’s architectural enterprises, which includes coordinating the day-to-day operational needs, contract and schedule management, contract negotiation, coordination with stakeholders, establishing quality control standards, and ensuring deadlines are met. He oversees contractors and sub-consultants to ensure successful project coordination and execution.

Newman has extensive experience in architecture, drafting, contract and schedule management, and working collaboratively with clients, sub-consultants, architects, and engineers on  commercial, institutional and cultural projects. His experience includes preconstruction and construction services for conventional and design-build projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining Marshall Moya Design, he worked with Del Studio Architects, working on projects through the full spectrum of the design process, from initial planning to project closeout. He also held positions at GHD, Inc., working as a Designer/Drafter and with Calvert Soil Conservation District, where he worked on site design and analysis.
